Revisions are offered based on the package you choose. Customers benefit from unlimited free revisions, allowing us to modify their websites without extra charges, as long as the theme and layout remain unchanged. The typical turnaround time for revisions is 48-72 hours.
Turnaround Time
Virtu Publishing typically has a turnaround time of 48-72 hours for most web development services. This applies to a single iteration of the development stage, not the entire project timeline. Revision times may vary between 48 to 72 hours, depending on the service.
Weekends are excluded from the timeline, so only business days are counted. For instance, a 2-week timeline is 14 business days (excluding weekends), and a 4-week timeline is 28 business days.
- Examples:
- • Orders or revisions placed on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
- • Orders or revisions placed on Friday will be delivered by Tuesday.
Refund and Money-Back Policy
Deposited funds for a project are non-refundable after delivery if the initial website design and theme are approved, or if a change is requested, unless Virtu Publishing cancels or terminates the contract for reasons other than your breach or non-performance.
- • Before Initial Layout: If you request a refund before the delivery of the initial design, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% service and processing fee.
- • After Initial Layout Approval: Once you approve or request changes to the initial layout, the refund option is void.
- • Refund within 48 Hours: If requested within 48 hours of receiving the initial layout, you will be eligible for a 66% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee).
- • Refund within 48-120 Hours: If requested between 48-120 hours after receiving the initial layout, a 33% refund (minus a 10% service and processing fee) will be issued.
- • No Refund After 120 Hours: No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of receiving the initial layout. However, we encourage you to contact us with any concerns for assistance.
- • No Refund After 30 Days: If you take no action on your order within 30 days of placing it, no refund will be issued. Reactivation of the project may require a fee.
- • No Refund After Final Delivery: Once the final files have been delivered, no refund requests will be entertained.
- • Change of Mind: If a client requests a refund due to a change of mind during the project, no refund will be issued, though we may offer store credit for future use.
- • Website Services: Once the website development is completed or the website is live, no refund will be provided.
- • Multiple Agency Orders: If a customer places the same order with multiple agencies in an attempt to claim a refund, this is considered bad faith, and refund requests will be denied.
- • Video Animation Services: For video animation projects, no refunds will be issued after the storyboard is designed.
- • Refund Process: All refund requests must be directed to our support team. We reserve the right to approve or deny requests based on case-by-case review.
- • Custom Packages: Refund terms for custom packages will follow the same guidelines as single packages.
- • Valid Reason for Refund: A valid reason must be provided to support a refund request, typically related to the original brief and customer feedback. Refunds will not be processed if the layout matches the brief but revisions are requested.
- • 100% Unique Website Guarantee: If the developed website is found to be similar to an existing website, you are entitled to a re-draw. However, any resemblance to another website is considered coincidental, and Virtu Publishing will not accept responsibility or provide compensation in such cases. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure copyright protection for the website.
- • Cancellation of Contract: Virtu Publishing reserves the right to cancel any project or contract at its discretion. After a refund, the client will no longer have rights to the domain, which will remain the property of Virtu Publishing.

Refund Request Process

Copyright Information: Since the website rights will now belong to Virtu Publishing, you agree that you have no direct or indirect rights to any content, work product, or media associated with the design. Additionally, we collaborate with government copyright agencies to ensure the refunded website design cannot be reused or replicated as the original layout in the future.

Content Population and Creation Policy
Virtu Publishing will not be responsible for creating or populating content (such as text/images) on the website unless explicitly purchased. In cases where content creation is included:
- • Virtu Publishing will add custom content created specifically for the client’s website.
- • Images will be sourced and added to the website.
- • Stock images will be purchased from stock photo websites upon client approval.
- • Product images and details will be supplied by the client and added to the website.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (N.D.A.) & Reputation Management Policy
- • Virtu Publishing ensures that all customer information related to their project and contact details remains strictly confidential. Client and project data are protected at all times.
- • Upon successful project completion, both Virtu Publishing and the client agree not to defame or disparage each other in any way regarding matters related to the project or its completion.
- • Following the successful completion of the project, both parties agree to refrain from making any negative or defamatory statements, either directly or indirectly, about the other party or their associated personnel (including, for Virtu Publishing, its employees, officers, directors, agents, consultants, affiliates, investors, or business partners).
Record Keeping Policy
Virtu Publishing maintains records of finalized product deliveries and all related communications for reference and accountability. These records help us ensure consistency, track progress, and address any future concerns efficiently.
Customer Assistance Policy
Our Customer Support Team is available Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT, to assist with any concerns or queries via phone. For inquiries outside of business hours, please send an email through the Team Works Account section, and we will address it on the next working day.
Technical Support Policy
Virtu Publishing is primarily a provider of website services and consultancy. While we offer design and development services tailored to client needs, some of our packages may include technical components such as website hosting and email services. Below is the scope of our technical support:
- • Website Deployment
- • Virtu Publishing will deploy the website to a hosting server provided by us or a third-party hosting service.
- • Hosting services provided by Virtu Publishing are complimentary and sourced from a third-party provider.
- • If the customer opts to use their own hosting server purchased from a third party, Virtu Publishing will not be held responsible for any issues related to the server or hosting.
- • No Service Level Agreement (SLA) exists between the client and Virtu Publishing for technical support or service outages unless a separate maintenance package is purchased.
- • Website Deployment
- • Virtu Publishing will provide a user manual to guide the customer in using the Website CMS (Content Management System).
- • We are not responsible for offering training on the CMS or troubleshooting its functionality.
- • Email Setup
- • Virtu Publishing will provide the necessary settings and instructions for setting up the customer’s email service.
- • We do not install emails on the customer’s behalf or provide direct technical support for email issues.
- • As the emails are hosted on open servers, they are accessible by various service providers, and any related troubleshooting or issues must be handled by the customer.
Virtu Publishing will not be responsible for any failure on the customer’s end to implement, install, or utilize the above-mentioned services. These responsibilities rest with the customer.
Email and Mobile Contact Information Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the use of email and mobile phone contact details provided to Virtu Publishing.
Consent for Communication
By sharing your email address and/or mobile phone number, you give consent to receive communications from Velocity studio. This may include transactional messages, service or project updates, newsletters, design attachments, project status updates, and revision notifications.
